摘要
针对复杂版面中具有大偏转角度的数字型字符识别问题,提出了一种识别算法。该算法充分利用笔划拐点等结构特征构造编码器进行字符识别,无需事先校正并具有平移、旋转不变性。实验结果表明,该方法具有速度快、精度高、抗干扰性强的特点。
An algorithm for optical number recognition in complex space of a whole page is presented. The algorithm makes full use of structure features such as stroke inflexion points to construct two encoders to recognize optical numbers. The algorithm has the advantages of the transformation invariance, revolving invariance, and without previous rectification. The experiment results show that the algorithm is effective.
