摘要
对内蒙古额济纳旗从哈密沙虎(Teratoscincusprzewalskii)肝组织内培养分离的蜥蜴利什曼原虫前鞭毛体进行了超微结构观察。前鞭毛体多为柳叶状,其膜下微管数平均为57±8(47~82),微管直径为24nm,微管间距为18~22nm,质膜厚度为7~8nm。该原虫的膜下微管数和微管间距均较Leishmaniaagamae和L.adleri两种蜥蜴利什曼原虫为少和窄。线粒体发达,在胞质内可见到内质网和高尔基体。在鞭毛基体上方有基板1和基板2.
Leishmania was obtained originally from liver tissues of lizard Teratoscincus przewalskii in EjneBanner,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. After culture of the parasites in NNN medium for 11 days,thespecimens of leishmania promastigote were prepared for ultrastructural observation. Most of promastigotesappeared in villow leaf shape and the thickness of their plasma membrane was 7~8nm, The mean number ofsubpellicular microtubules sectioned in the nuclear level was 57±8(47~82).The diameter of the microtubulewas 24 nm,and the space between the microtubules was 18~22 nm.Subpellicular microtubules number andspace between microtubules of this species are less and narrower than those of the other 2 lizard leishmaniapromastigotes,Leishmania agamae and L. adleri,respectively,Besides,the cytoplasma of the promastigoteswere abundant in mitochondria,Golgi complex was usually seen. In the upper portion of flagellum basal body,basal plate 1 and 2 were detected.
