摘要
目的编制能够满足糖尿病患者进行标准化管理、自我管理以及健康教育需求的软件系统。方法在临床对糖尿病患者进行和糖尿病俱乐部对患者开展自我管理的基础上,运用VisualFoxpro6.0编制一套包括糖尿病患者标准化管理、自我管理及其有关知识、技能练习的软件。结果软件包括八项模块:项目管理、病情记录、自我管理活动、糠尿病知识库、工具、财务报告、管理网络、综合分析。系统实现了图形界面人机交互、数据资料管理、自动分析并反馈结果、健康教育、网络连接等功能。结论本系统功能较为完善并且操作简易,可以提高糖尿病患者的标准化管理和自我管理的效率。
Objective To develop a system for management and education in diabetes. Methods One system was developed using VisualFoxpro6.0 that based on the experience of management and education used in hospital and club. Results The system was composed of project management, case note,self-management,repository, tool, report of finance, net and autoreporting. The design of the software achieved multiple functions such as graph user interface, data management, real-time reflecting, heatthe-care education and netware. Conclusion This system is useful in improving the efficiency of standardized management, self-management and health-care education in diabetes.
