摘要
本文对３８例脑梗塞患者和３０例对照组的血糖、全血粘度、血小板粘附、聚集及血压进行了昼夜２４小时生物周期变化的观察，发现两组的血糖、全血粘度、血小板粘附、聚集指标呈现４时高峰值，而血压４时为低峰值的同步性２４小时周期节律变化。脑梗塞发病时间与上述各项指标的变化有着密切的因果关系。
We have observed the circadian change of blood sugar、viscosity、platelet adhesiveness、aggregation and blood pressure in 38 patients of cerebral infarction and 30 controls.The results showed that in two groups are a highest peak of blood sugar、viscosity、platelet adhesiveness、aggregation at 4 Am and a lowest peak of blood pressure in the same time.The onset time of cerebral infarction is closed to these parameter.Therefore it is important to the timing of the clinical prevention and treatments.
