摘要
针对PFC前端——DC/DC变流器互联系统采用开关模型时仿真速度极慢的问题,提出并建立了一种新的DC/DC变流器大信号行为模型。该模型同时考虑了DC/DC变流器的稳态和瞬态特性,可在大范围内模拟其运行过程。实验证明了模型的正确性。仿真结果表明,采用该模型能在保证仿真精度的同时,显著加快仿真速度。
To solve the problem that simulation speed became very slow when having a PFC front-end and a DC/DC converter interconnected,a new large-signal behavioral model for DC/DC converters was proposed and realized.The proposed model considered characteristics of DC/DC converters in both steady state and transient process,and can be used to emulate their operation in a very large range.Experiments verify that the model is correct,and simulation results show that adopting this model can speed up simulations dramatically while keeping almost same accuracy.
