C反应蛋白与老年冠心病相关性的临床研究

摘要 目的探讨不同类型老年冠心痛患者血清中C反应蛋白(CRP)异常表达水平及其临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定21例急性心肌梗死(AMI)者(A组)、21例稳定性心绞痛者(B组)和21例健康老年人(C组)的血清CRP浓度。分析3组之间指标的差异性。结果A组血清中CRP显著高于B组与C组(P<0.01),B组各指标高于C组,各指标之间存在显著差异(P<0.05)。组间比较指标无相关性。结论冠心病者血清中存在CRP的异常表达且随病情加重CRP水平升高,CRP水平与临床心血管疾病的严重程度有关,可用作判断MI等疾病临床预后、预测病情变化的监测指标。
