摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶工艺低温合成含有Pb、Ti成份和玻璃相组成成份的均匀透明凝胶,并通过热处理在凝胶玻璃中原位生长出纯净的铁电PbTiO3微晶.利用热分析手段和IR谱分析了凝胶在热处理过程中有机基团的分解及内部元素键合方式的演变.结合XRD和SEM研究了钛酸铅微晶在凝胶玻璃中的生长历程.概括了凝胶玻璃组成对钛酸铅结晶结构和结晶行为的影响.并阐述了溶胶-凝胶法制各铁电玻璃陶瓷的意义.
Homogeneous and transparent gel-glass with Pb, Ti elements and glass-forming elements was prepared at moderate temperature by using sol-gel method. Pure ferroelectric PbTiO_3 crystallites were grown in -situ in the gel-glass by proper heating process. The decomposition of organic radicals and the evolution of chemical bonds in the gel-glass were studied by using thermal analyses and IR spectra. The growth process of lead titanate crystallites was researched by SEM and XRD. The effects of the composition of gel-glass on the crystalline structures and the crystallization behaviors were summarized. it was found that metastable Pb2Ti2O6+x Pyrochlore transition phases appeared in the gel-glass with silica components. It was thought that St, B elements might be incorporated into the pyrochlore lattice at lower temperatures. Besteds, the merits and meaning of the sol-gel preparation method for the preparation of ferroelectric glass-ceramies were presented.
