摘要
面对一些世贸组织成员利用反倾销和技术性贸易壁垒来阻挡我国商品进入其国内市场的情况,我们应该恰当地运用世贸组织争端解决机制,使问题得到公平合理的解决,维护好自己的贸易权利,保护我国企业的利益和市场份额。
Facing the fact that some WTO members are preventing China＇ s commodities from entering into their home markets by taking advantage of Anti - dumping and technical barriers, we should make a proper and reasonable use of WTO Dispute Settlement System to fairly solve the problem,——to maintain our trade rights and protect our enterprises＇ interests and their market shares.
