摘要
通过对车辆转鼓试验台的机械结构,变频器的连接,能源传递原理的描述,介绍了变频器的一种特殊应用。通过变频器的组合应用使4个电动机保持同步运行,并能将车辆在测试过程中多余的动能反馈给电网。变频器在转鼓台上的这种应用充分显示了变频器在复杂使用场合高效、节能的优点。
This paper has introduced a special application of the converter by describing the mechanical structure of the roll test station, the connection of the converter, the principle of the energy transmission. It makes 4 motors keep their speed on synchronization by using the combination of converters, and can also feedback the surplus energy to the electric wire net in the course of vehicle testing. This application of the converter in roll test station has fully shown that the frequency converter has the high-efficient, energy-saving advantages.
