摘要
用废短纤维／橡胶复合材料（ＳＦＲＣ），按ＣＮ８９１０５６５２．１技术处理制得４种ＳＦＲＣ母料。试验表明，其中ＳＦＲＣ２性能为最优，并分别与ＮＲ，ＢＲ，ＳＢＲ，ＮＢＲ，ＣＲ，ＩＩＲ等６种橡胶并用制得的纤维增强胶料，以ＮＲ为最好；用２种橡胶（５０／５０，质量比）与ＳＦＲＣ２共混可改善加工行为，其胶料可制作Ｖ带、胶管、输送带、胶鞋等制品。
Using waste short fiber/rubber composites(SFRC)four types of SFRC masterbatch were prepared according to CN 89 105 652.1.The result showed that SFRC 2 had the best properties.The fiber reinforced compounds were prepared using SFRC 2 With NR,BR,SBR,NBR,CR,IIR respectively and that with NR had the best properties.The blends of two rubbers(50/50 mass ratio)With SFRC 2 could improve the processibility and the compounds could manufacture V belt.hose,conveying belt and rubber shoe.
