摘要
采用４种阳离子乳化剂，以过硫酸钾为引发剂合成了丙烯酸丁酯（ＢＡ）─苯乙烯（Ｓｔ）共聚物乳液。考察了乳化剂种类、聚合条件及加料方式对共聚合及乳液稳定性的影响，发现乳化剂十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵用量为２．０％时，ＢＡ─Ｓｔ共聚物的［η］和乳液粘度出现拐点现象。
The emulsion copolymerization of butyl acrylate(BA)and styrene(St)using cationic sufactant as emulsifier was studied.The effects of the type and amount of emulsifier,polymerization temperature and feeding order of materials on quality of the emulsion and yield[η]of copolymer were investigated.
