摘要
研究了乙炔黑的多孔吸附性对苯胺单体聚合的影响结果发现,适量的乙炔黑混入单体进行聚合有利于聚合产率及产物电导率的提高,这种方法所获得的PAN/C颗粒在悬浮液浇铸制膜工艺中,可避免直接掺混所导致的乙炔黑、PAN颗粒各自抱团、分散不匀的现象。循环伏安特性研究表明,这种乙炔黑与苯胺的有效均匀混合有利于其电化学性能的提高。
Investigating the effects of the absorption of acetylene black on the polymerization of the AN monomer,the polymerization yield and the conductivity of PAN can be increased by adding appropriate amount of acetylene black during its polymerization. In this way.the particles of PAN/C can avoid respective coagulation and unevent dispersion comparing with acetylene black's directly mixing with PAN in the process of suspending liquid cast film. The study of cyclic votammograms of PAN compositive cathide film shows that its electrichemieal properties can be improved by mixing acetylene black and PAN evenly and effectively.
