综述了20世纪90年代以来国外街头食品营养、卫生和安全方面的研究情况,包括街头食品研究的内容、方法,并为我国的街头食品管理的借鉴提出了建议。
A review of the research since 1990s on street foods＇ nutrition, hygiene and safety in abroad is introduced. It offers a valuable recommendation on the management of street foods in our country.
