摘要
透孔组织、网目组织、蜂巢组织、凸条组织等变化组织一直是织物外观模拟的难点之一。通过引入凹凸系数的概念,判断相邻组织点之间的重叠趋势,结合浮长线的聚合和分离作用,对机织物结构计算作进一步改进,并使用B样条曲面技术对纱线进行造型,模拟此类织物的三维图像,取得了较好的效果。
Realistic imitation of appearance and patterns of fancy weaves such as mesh, mock leno, honey comb, pique stripe is a long-standing problem. The present work attempted to solve this problem. Through introduction of the concept of up and down coefficient to judge the over-lap tendency between the neighboring points and consideration of the gathering and separating forces of the long floats, the computation method of the woven fabric structure was further improved. The B-spline curve technique was used to imitate the yarn structure and the 3D image of this kind of fabrics, and better results were obtained.
