摘要 本文应用区域法原理,建立了一种加热炉二维数学模型。该模型考虑了火焰、炉气和炉壁对炉膛热交换的影响,不仅能够计算炉膛的温度场、炉膛给钢坯表面的热流及钢坯的升温过程、温度分布,而且能够给出火焰、炉气、炉体分别对钢坯加热所占份额的大小。运行该模型,可以对实际加热炉生产过程进行仿真计算。 Applying zone method,a two—dimensional mathematical model of oil fired reheating furnace has been set up by the author. In the model, the heat transfer in the furnace affected by flame, gas and lining is considered.The model can not only calculate the temperature field in furnace chamber, heat flux to billet surface in heating process and temperature field of billet but also give the quantity of heat flux to billet surface from the flame, the gases, the furnace wall and roof. By the model, a lot of simulations about the productionp rocess of the reheating furnace is done.
