摘要
本文在实验中测定了不锈钢的传热系数,对诸如水流密度、喷水压力、喷射距离和冷却水温等影响传热的因素作了详细的研究。同时初步探讨了高温铸坯表面 FeO 皮对传热的影响;比较了喷雾冷却和气水冷却的传热效果。根据实验结果,分析讨论了以上因素对传热系数的影响,并给出了传热系数与水流密度的经验关系式,对不锈钢连铸机二冷部份的设计和现场生产都具有重要的指导意义。
The heat transfer coefficient of stainless steel is measured in the laboratory.The effect of spray water flow rate,waert pressure,spray distance of nozzle from the snrface of strand, spray water temperature on the heat transfer is made a detail studied.And meanwhile,wealso investigated the effect of strand surface FeO scale on the heat frasfer and compared the heat transter efficience of spray cooling with gaswater cooling. Acoording to the experimental results,the influence of abore factors on the heat transfer coefficient has been discussed and gired out a experience formula befween the heat transfer coefficeint and spray water flow rate,For the design of the spray sections of a continuous casting machine of staiess stsst and practical production,these results have a important directive significance.
