摘要
通过物性检测、DTA、XRD、SEM分析和孔结构测试等,对以磷渣作为矿化剂煅烧的硅酸盐水泥熟料水化、凝结、硬化特征进行了研究,认为矿化熟料中A矿数量增多,发育良好,尺寸适当,加上P_2O_5的固溶作用,使其水化活性有所提高,是获得早强、高强的内在原因。
Extensive study was carried out on the characteristics of hydration, setting and hardening of cement clinkers with phosphorous slag as mineralizing agent. Methods used included DTA,XRD and SEM analysis as well as analysis of the structure of the hardened mortar and tests for their physical properties. It is shown that the phosphorous slag is able to enhance the cement clinker's strength and accelerate their strength development.
