摘要
对引入青海省乐都县的39只小尾寒羊的血清蛋白质指标进行了测定。结果发现:血清总蛋白含量为73.10±4.20g/L;血清白蛋白含量为38.61±5.05g/L;血清球蛋白含量为34.69±5.27g/L;血清蛋白组分(%):白蛋白52.90±6.35;α-球蛋白10.03±2.92;β-球蛋白11.12±2.80;γ-球蛋白25.95±4.77;白球比为1.16±0.29。
Thirty-nine Han-sheep with small-tail introduced into Ledu County of Qinghai Province were used to measure of serum protein indexes.The results were as follows： The content of serum total protein was 73.10±4.20g/L; the content of serum albumin was 38.61 ±5.05g/L; the content of serum globulin was 34.69±5.27g/L; in the serum protein fraction （%） ： the albumin,α-globulin,β-globulin and γ-globulin were 52.90±6.35, 10.03±2.92, 11.12±2.80 and 25.95±4.77, respectively;the A/G was 1.16±0.29.
