摘要
阐述我国化工企业在制定发展战略时必须以提高国际竞争力作为主要内容；分析了石油化工和精细化工两个产业的竞争环境，介绍了提高企业国际竞争力的基本方法及其研究工作的基础。
The international competitive power must be taken as main contents of the developmental strategy of Chinese chemical enterprises.Competitive environmenr for both petrochemical and fine chemical industries is analyzed.Basic methods for raising international competitive power and basis of investigative works on it are introduced.
