介绍了非光气法（酯交换法、甲醇氧化羰基化法）生产碳酸二甲酯的原理、工艺路线及研究进展，对其发展前景进行了分析和预测。
The principle, processing routes and research progress of production of dimethyl carbonate by nonphosgene process, transesterification and oxidative carbonylation of methanol method, are introduced. The prospect of this process is analysed and estimated.
