摘要
本文详细探讨了五孔斜排(对称)双曲肘合模机构的优化设计全过程,以求在保证整个机构的外型结构尺寸不变及满足动模行程要求的前提下,使之具有较大的行程比和较大的力放大倍数,从而提高其功效系数。该方法同样适合其他合模机构的设计。
In this paper,a five-point double toggle clamping mechanism with slant arrangement (symmetry),which is being used most widely nowadays,is taken for example.And a complete procedure of design optimization is introduced in full so as to increase the ratio of the stroke and the amplification of the claming force,and to get larger working-efficiency factor without any change of the outside dimensions of the mechanism and with the same opening stroke.This method is valuable to the design of other toggle clamping mechanisms equivalently.
