摘要
晋棉40是山西省农业科学院经济作物研究所以丰产、优质的棉花新品种晋棉10为母本,用抗病、早熟的品种辽101作父本进行杂交,采用系统选育而成的特早熟棉花新品种。2004年在山西省特早熟棉区棉花生产试验中平均折合皮棉产量832.5 kg/hm2,比对照品种晋棉37增产13.96%。经鉴定,该品种纤维品质达到国家标准,抗枯萎病,耐黄萎病。适宜在特早熟棉区春播,黄河流域棉区夏播。
The new variety Jinmian 40 was bred by Jinmian 10 as female parent, Liao 101 as male parent by Industrial Crop Institute, Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The average cotton yield was 832.5 kg/hm^2 in cotton production experiment of special early-mature district in Shanxi province in 2004, which was 13. 96% higher than that of Jinmian 37. Fiber quality met to the national, stardand. The variety was resistant to wilt disease and tolerance to yellow dwarf. It was suitable to be sown in spring in precocious cotton area and in summer in yellow river valley.
