摘要
目的探讨尼莫地平致不良反应的一般规律及特点,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法收集1990～2004年国内文献报道的78例尼莫地平的不良反应病例,并进行统计分析.结果不良反应临床主要表现为心血管系统、皮肤及其附属器官、消化系统、神经系统等症状,且老年患者更易发生.结论应重视对尼莫地平不良反应的监测,确保用药安全.
Objective To probe into the general regularity and characteristics of the adverse reactions resulted from nimodipine so as to provide references for the rational use of the drug in the clinic. Methods 78 cases showing adverse reactions caused by nimodipine reported in domestic literatures issued from 1990 to 2004 were collected and statistically analyzed. Results The adverse reactions were mainly manifested as allergic responses and symptoms of the cardiovascular system, digestive system and nervous system, etc.. These reactions were more likely to occur in senile patients. Conclusion Much attention should be paid to the monitoring of adverse reactions caused by nimodipine, patients should be allowed to take nimodipine only under the strict direction of the doctor.
