摘要
探析了电子图书馆的信息载体、读者工作及采访、编目等工作的现状,结合现存的问题提出了引进学科馆员、实现个性化服务等有效的解决方法,力争为电子图书馆的发展探求一条新路,全方位地营造出图书馆文化新形象。
This paper probes into the present situation of E-library＇s information carriers, reader＇s work and acquisitioning work, and cataloging work, etc., and connecting with the current problems, puts forward some solving methods such as introducing the subject librarians, realizing the individualized service, etc. for the purpose of opening a new path for the development of E-library and establishing the new image of the library＇ s culture.
