基于故障录波数据的小电流接地故障管理信息系统应用

摘要 为提高小电流接地系统单相接地故障选线技术水平并适应网络化、信息化的发展要求,提出建立基于故障录波数据的小电流接地系统单相接地故障信息管理和决策支持系统。该系统以故障录波数据为基础,通过标准的通信协议由子站向主站上传故障录波数据,并在主站建立数据平台对数据进行统一管理。决策支持系统的第一个功能是利用粗糙集理论对数据进行深入挖掘,得到选线方法的有效域,从而改进选线技术、提高选线正确率。决策支持系统的第二个功能是自动分析选线装置的运行状况,判断输入信号是否正确。决策支持系统的第三个功能是分析电网状况,为电网接地方式的改进及线路的状态检修提供辅助决策。现场实际运行情况表明,建立故障管理信息系统是非常必要的。 This paper proposes an information management and decision support system for single-phase grounding fault detection in small current systems based on the fault recording data. This system manages the fault recording data by submitting them from the substations to the main station with standard communication protocols, and storing them to a unified data platform. The function of the decision support system are: ①be able to analyze the fault recording data in-depth based on rough set theory, and get the feasible domain of each line-selection method, and improve the line detection techniques; ②be able to analyze the status of equipments and judge the correctness of input signals; ③be able to analyze the status of grid, and give advice about improvement of grounded style and maintenance of line status.The decision support system has been used in real practice and the practical data convince that the decision support system is necessary.
