摘要
本文借鉴西方企业融资结构理论,以广东491家民营企业融资情况问卷调查结果作为实证素材,分析了民营企业融资结构的总体特点和不同规模、不同地区、不同行业的民营企业的融资结构差异,提出了缓解民营企业融资瓶颈、优化民营企业融资结构的政策建议。
Based on the investigation on the financing behavior of 491 private enterprises in Guangdong Province, this paper outlines the general features of private enterprises＇ fund demand and indicates the difference among the financing structures of private enterprises in different size, region and industry. Finally, some proposals to fill up the fund gap and optimize the financing structure of private enterprises are put forward.
