摘要
新型工业化道路必须满足破解“三农”问题的需要,两者应和谐一致。农业工业化是新型工业化的重要组成部分。解决“三农”问题是走新型工业化道路的前提和归宿。新型工业化要新在为“三农”问题服务上,即:新在资源节约上,少占农田,多招民工;新在加快农村城镇化、农业现代化上;新在为农业、农村和农民信息化服务上;新在积极引导和推进城市工业适度地向农村的转移或扩散。
The new ways of agriculture should meet the requirements of solving the ‘three-agriculture＇ problems and they both should be harmonious. Agriculture industrialization is an important part of new industrialization. Solving the ‘three-agriculture＇ problems in the premise and goal of undertaking industrialization. New industrialization should be reflected on new ways of solving the ‘three-agriculture＇ problems. It should embodies the following aspects： new ways of solving resources , less occupation of farm land and more employment of farmers; new ways of accelerating the development of towns in the countryside and agricultural modernization ; new service for agriculture , countryside and promoting the transfer and spread of urban industries to the countryside.
