摘要 探讨肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)在多器官衰竭(MOF)中的作用。在肯定酵母多糖鼠MOF模型早期各器官病理变化基础上,连续观察24小时内其血浆、肺、肝、肾、肠和心组织中TNF含量的变化。发现TNF均有迅速而显著的升高,其中肺、肝组织TNF含量呈再度升高,全血白细胞总数明显降低,而中性粒细胞百分比的变化与肺组织TNF含量变化呈显著相关。对此MOF模型的分析,显示其病理基础为多器官的炎症反应,TNF在其中起重要作用;TNF的主要来源器官有可能为肺和肝。 Multiple organ failure (MOF) was induced bysterile intraperitoneal inoculation of zymosan in mice.The levels of tumor necrosis factor (TNF)in plasona,and in the pulmonary, hepatic, renal, intestinal, andcardiac tissues were continuously observed for 24hours. It was found that TNF was rapidly and significantlyincreased,particularly in the pulmonary and hepatictissues,2nd degree of TNF increase was observed,and that the total white blood cells were markedlyreduced with changes of the percentage of neutrophilsbeing significantly correlated with those of TNF in thepulmonary tissues. TNF which may originate mainlyfrom the lungs and liver plays an important role in themultiple organ inflammation - based pathology ofMOF.
