摘要
本文以小鼠骨髓多染红细胞微核率和小鼠精子畸形率作为遗传学指标,初步探讨了北芪神茶的体内抗诱变作用。结果表明,北芪神茶能明显地抑制环磷酰胺所引起的小鼠体细胞和性细胞的遗传学损伤,据微核试验显示其预防作用优于直接抑制作用,2500.5000.10000mg/kg三个剂量组的抑制率分别达到38.65,70.52,75.30%。
The antimutagenic effect of Beiqishencha has been studied by mean of micronucle-us test in mouse bone-marrow polychromatic erythrocyte(PCE) and mouse spermatid mal-formation test. The results indicated that Beiqishencha showed significant inhibitory effectsagainst cyclophosphamide(CP)in inducing PCE micronucleus rates and spermatid malforma-tion rates. And its preventive effect was better than its immediate inhibitory effect.
