摘要
本文介绍一种简便的“腹部创伤记分法”，并按此方法将本院近五年手术救治的２７６例腹部外伤进行统计学处理伤情分析，认为此记分法能较合理地反映出腹部创伤严重度的基本情况，便于临床医生掌握使用，有益于基层医院用于指导临床伤情评估，抢救治疗及预后预测等。
A new kind of simple and easy score of abdominal trauma was introduced in this paper meanwhile 276 operative patients with abdominal trauma was analised by statisttes according to the score. Many advantages were disposed in the excecutive process such as better reflecting conditions of abdominal trauma patients, easily using in rescue words. Therefore this score could be applied in basic hospitals to direct surgeons estinating conditions and prognoses of abdominal traumatic pattens and other rescue treatments.
