摘要
阐述了血液的流变特性,血液流变性障碍的病变机理及其与机体代谢与功能变化的关系;介绍了血液流变性障碍防治的病理生理学基础。对目前严重危害老年健康的高血压病、动脉硬化、肿瘤、糖尿病、缺血性心脏病、缺血性脑血管病的临床工作具有一定的指导意义。
This article expounds the rheological property of blood, the pathological changes mechanism of blood rheological property obstacle and its relationship with metabolism and function change. It introduces the pathological physiology of prevention of blood rheological property obstacle. The research will be some help to the clinical work of hypertension, arteriosclerosis, tumor, diabetes, ischemic heart disease and ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
