摘要
针对中国科学工作者至今无缘诺贝尔自然科学奖的事实,通过分析诺贝尔自然科学奖的国别分布, 探讨了我国科学家无法实现诺贝尔自然科学奖“零”突破的原因,并提出了一些建议,希望这些建议能对我国科学工作者和科学研究政策的制订者们有所借鉴作用。
Considering the fact that there is no Chinese Scientist who has ever been awarded the Nobel Science prize, the authors analyze the distribution of the nationalities of the Nobel Science Prize winners and the causes why Chinese scientists have never got the Nobel Science Prize. A few suggestions concerning how to create a favorable environment for the scientists are also stated in the hope that they will be of some help to the Chinese scientists and decision - makers of scientific research policies.
