摘要
随着经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,汽车的社会保有量不断地增加,汽车尾气污染也越来越严重,这已成为城市大气污染的主要来源。本文从我国城市汽车尾气污染的现状和趋势入手,分析了我国现行污染控制的状况,提出我国机动车尾气污染的控制办法,并且着重分析了法律控制对策。
With the growth of economy and the increasing of people＇ s life, automobiles are becoming more and more popular, and thus the proliferation in automobile number results in heavier and heavier exhaust pollution. This article reviews the present control situation on the base of the analysis of the current situation and development trends of automobile exhaust pollution. After that it puts forth the emission control and strategies of the exhaust pollution especially the control by law instruments.
