摘要
本文立足于对数的进制原理的研究和分析。然后引入一个全新而广义的数,即智能-模糊变进数 AI-FuzzyVCM 或 FN 的概念。并指出目前国际上数学或计算机科学领域里人们对数的研究和发展及使用深陷停滞不前的困惑境界的根表原因。就在于对数的研究只局限于恒进制数 FCN 的变化规则 FCR 里。同时指出 FCN只是变进制数 VCN 中的一些特例。VON 比之 FCN 具有更好的保密性和设密性。并给出采用变进制 VCR 设置的 VCN 可在数字密码加密技术中的研究和应用的结论。
This paper bases itself upon the analyzing and researching of numabers' carrying, and it introduces a new broad concept of numbers, namely the AI - Fuzzy. VCN, it is also called FN(fuzzy numbers) for short. And it points out that, at the moment, in international Maths & Computer Science, the basic reasons of puzzled realm in which manbers have been deeply studied and developed at a standstill are all researches on numbers only confined to a same varying rule of FCN. In the meantime, it also points out that, all FCN are only some special samples in VCN. Both VCN properties of keeping a secret and making a secret are incomparably superior to both FCN ones. And it gives out researches and conclusions which of VCN applications on numeraks' cipher techniques.
