无溶剂法微波辐射合成肉桂酸

摘要 研究了微波辐射下内桂酸的 Knoevenag~I—Doebner 合成新方法。以苯甲醛为反应底物,丙二酸为试剂,吡啶作催化剂,考察了苯甲醛与丙二酸的摩尔比、微波功率、反应时间、催化剂用量等对反应的影响。经正交实验设计得到最佳反应条件:苯甲醛与丙二酸的摩尔比1:2.5,苯甲醛用量为1.5mL,吡啶用量2.5mL,微波功率60%。反应时间18min,经重结晶后,产率为46.7%。结果表明,无溶济法微波辐射合成肉桂酸操作简便、反应迅速、收率较高,具有一定的应用价值。 Microwave irradiation was used to the Knoevenagel - Doebner synthesis of cinamic acid from benzaldehyde anA malonic acid using pyridine as a catalyst, The influence of the tool ratio of benzaldehyde and malonic acid, the microwave power, the time of the reaction and the dosage of the catalyst on the yield of cinamic acid was investigated, The optimum reaction condition was determined through orthogonal design as follows:the mol ratio of benzaldehyde and malonic acid was 1:2.5, the dosage of pyridine was 2.5mL, the micromave power was 60% and the time of the reaction was 18 min when 1.5mL of benzaldehyde was used, The refined yield reached 46.7 %. In the summary, synthesis of cinamic acid under microwave irradiation in the absence of solvent is high yield and convenient operation and has extensive utilization.
