摘要
随着教育体制改革的深入,高校在突飞猛进发展的同时,也给高校财务管理带来了许多新问题,如高校负债运行、合并高校、招生规模膨胀、日益增加的横向科研经费等,本文就这些新问题对高校财务管理带来的冲击,进行了有针对性的对策研究,以此为高校财务管理提供借鉴。
The deepening reform of structure of education, the university, while advancing by leaps and bounds to develop, having brought a lot of new problems to university＇s financial administration, for instance the university in debt operates, amalgamates university , expanding , increased horizontal cost of scientific research of enrollment scale ,etc., the impact to that university＇s financial administration brings on the issue that these are new of this text, has carried on pointed countermeasure research, regard this as university＇s financial administration and offer reference
