摘要
本文回顾了全球和中国进口反倾销的发展概况,在肯定中国进口反倾销取得的阶段性成果的同时,指出仍然存在一些值得关注的问题,并提出相关的建议和应对举措。
This paper is intended first as a review of the situation of global as well as China＇s import-related anti-dumping. While some achievements have been attained, there＇re still some issues which deserve our attention and which are then probed into respectively with pertinent advice.
