摘要
PC钢棒在生产过程中出现镦头开裂。对未经镦头的PC钢棒进行宏观(低倍)、化学成分、金相组织及夹杂物检测。结果发现,PC钢棒组织内部存在表面脱碳、表面裂纹、块状碳化物和纵向夹杂物等缺陷,这些缺陷是导致PC钢棒镦头开裂的主要原因。
For Aanlyzing head cracked of PC steel bars,the head of PC steel bars without ufset head were analyzed by means of macrography chemical composition,microstructure and inclusion.The results show that the main reasons of upset head erack are surface heavy decarboning surface crack blocky carbides and heavy inclusion.
