摘要
目的:探索迷迭香超临界二氧化碳提取物的含量测定方法,为控制其质量提供依据。方法:分别用紫外分光光度法、薄层扫描法测定含量并比较其优缺点。结果:紫外分光光度法平均回收率为99.70%,RSD=1.952%,薄层扫描法平均回收率为103.11%,RSD=2.568%.结论:两种方法均较灵敏、准确,可作为迷迭香超临界二氧化碳提取物质量的粗控方法。
Objective : To grope for the methods of mensurating the content of Supercritical CO2 extraction from Rosmarinus offoccnalis L, providing a basis for controlling the quality of the extraction. Method: Mensurating the content of Supercritical CO2 extraction from Rosmarinus offoccnalis L. with Ultraviolet spectrophotometry and TLC - scanning respectively, comparing advantage and disadvantage of the two methods. Resuh:UV: The recovery was 99.70%, RSD = 1.952% ; TLC - scanning: The recovery was 103.11%, RSD = 2. 568 %. Conclusion: The two methods with sensitivity, accuracy can be the primary ways of controlling the quality of the Supercritical CO2 extraction from Rosmarinus offocconalis L.
