摘要
针对矿山含铜酸性废水特点,采用石灰中和沉淀法和石灰调pH—铁屑置换—石灰沉淀法分别进行试验,结果表明,石灰调pH—铁屑置换—石灰沉淀法不仅可以使废水经处理后达到排放标准,而且废水中的大部分铜资源得以回收利用,具有较好的经济效益和环境效益。
Focused on the characteristics of the mine acid wastewater containing copper, experiments were respectively conducted on the treatment process of lime neutralizing and settling and the treatment process of pH adjustment with lime-iron substitution reaction-lime settling. The experimental results showed that Cu2+ concentration in effluent treated by the process of pH adjustment with lime -iron substitution reaction-lime settling is lower than 0.5 mg/L, conforming to the integrated wastewater discharge standard of China, at the same time the most of copper in this wastewater can be recovered, so it has good environmental and economic benefits.
