摘要
为了调查一起电网接地短路事故引发OPGW光纤断芯的原因,通过现场光纤损坏情况验证,结合工频接地短路瞬间过电压与放电间隙距离的理论分析,说明了在OPGW与金属构件的距离足够小时,电网工频接地短路瞬时产生的反击过电压,将通过金属的尖端对OPGW间隙放电,造成光纤中断。提出在设计、施工中应增加OPGW引下线与变电站门架接地点的防范措施,以确保OPGW在电力系统中安全稳定运行。
The paper discusses the reason that caused the OPGW fiber optic broken off. Through inspecting the damage state of the fiber broken spot, associating with the theories about producing overvohage caused by instantaneous grounding short circuit and the discharge clearance distance, it is presented that if the electric line is short connected to the ground instantaneously there will cause the reverse overvohage, through the metal tip the reverse overvohage will discharge electricity in the clearance to the OPGW, the break of OPGW will result. In order to ensure that the OPGW can run safely and stably in the electric power system, this paper proposes that ought to take some precaution measures between the grounding line of OPGW and the grounding point of the metal frame in substations during the designing and constructing.
