摘要
当前高校的发展面临诸多压力与挑战,教学服务质量关系到高等院校的存亡。我国高校应借鉴国外服务管理学中的服务质量模型和测量工具,建立以学生需求为中心的数学活动设计体系,以一线员工为重心的教学质量保证体系和以学生评价为主体的教学质量评价体系,提升高校教学质量观。
Combining pressures and challenges on contemporary college development, this paper points out it is vital for college to strengthen teaching quality. In addition, it advces to establish scientific teaching service quality viewpoint and introduces management suggestion, making use of the quality models and measuring tools grown in service management subject.
