摘要
本文比较了用稻瘟病菌的一个单孢菌株代表一个生理小种测定品种抗病频率和不分小种而直接用多个单孢菌株测定品种的抗病频率的优缺点.指出前者因同一生理小种内各菌株致病力有差异,以及抽样的随意性,测得的品种抗优势小种数实际上是抗菌株数,后者克服了前者的缺点,并得到自然病圃病情的验证,但仍有不足之处,有待改进.
The merits and demerits of the method used in testing the resistance frequency of rice cultivars to monoconidial isolates which represent various physiological races of Pyricularia oryzae Cav. were compared with that of testing the resistance frequency to a number of isolates which were not previously identified into races. Experiments showed that the former due to the randomness of sampling and. the great pathogenic differences among isolates of a single race, was just to test the number of the resisted isolates rather than the prevailing races. The latter, however, could be more reliable than the former and has been confirmed of more merits by the results from the natural disease nursery, although there still exist some demerits to be improved in the future.
