摘要
医疗仪器的政府采购已经越来越成为一种重要的采购方式,但由于实行的时间不长,在取得明显效果的同时还存在着一些问题,亟待进行进一步的规范性建设。文章就此进行了一定的思考和探讨,着重讨论了政府采购流程中的两个重要环节,即招标书的编制和评标,同时也论述了有关政府采购的诚信建设。
Government procurement as an important purchasing policy has been recently applied to medical equipment acquisition for government hospitals.Though many achievements have been made. some problems still exist. Therefore, further standardization needs to be established.This paper focusese two key aspects pertanining successful government procurement, bidding document preparation and bidding winner evaluation. Besides, the establishment of responsibility and trust among all partners involved is also discussed.
