The forumon“the Construction ofNanning-Hanoi-HaiphongEconomic Corridor and the Opening and Developˉmentof Pingxiang City”has three characteristics.Firstly,itis the firstforumon the issue of“Two Corridors and One Ring”between the Sino-Vietnamese scholars.Secondly,high-rankingparticipants whorepresented broad sections inthe field,especiallyseveral heavyweightrenowned scholars,attended the forumand thirdly,the participants reached a consensus onthe constructionofthe“Two Corridors and One Ring”and called for all the functional institutions ofboth countries to enhance cooperation to startthe construction ofthe Corridors as soon as possible.。
