摘要
在基因研究为人类认识自身奥秘和纷繁复杂的自然界提供锐利武器,展示广阔前景的同时,也引起了基因歧视、克隆人等道德伦理问题和一系列法律问题。因而要从伦理道德准则和法律立法保护两大方面来规范基因研究工作,使其依法造福于民。
While genetic research is used as a sharp weapon for the exploration of human beings＇ bodies and for the research of numerous and complicated natural world, it also arouses some ethical and legal problems such as gene discrimination and human cloning.How to protect the right of genetic information, the right of genetic privacy and the right of genetic patent with law. The thesis discusses these problems from two aspects ： ethical standards and legislative protection. The thesis aims at the lawful standardizing of genetic research for the benefit of human beings
