摘要
行为主义在西方国际关系理论发展史上有着重大影响,它主张以政治行为作为主要研究对象;强调用科学的经验实证方法动态地研究国际关系;提倡采取价值中立的研究立场。行为主义方法对国际关系理论发展作出重要贡献的同时,也遭到传统主义者的尖锐批评。行为主义的长处和它的诸多缺陷几乎是同一问题的正反两面,但对我国国关学界来说,大力倡导科学方法的使用依然十分必要。
The movement of scientific study of international relations came to be called 'behavioralism' because its proponents insisted that objective observation and measurement be applied to the full range of human behavior as it manifests itself in the real world.What's more,'value free' of research was also proposed.Opponents of behavioralism have maintained that there can be no true science of politics,but it is necessary and urgent to apply scientific approach in China's present IR study.
