摘要
硬脊膜外囊肿罕见。本文报告了过去３５年间沈阳军区总医院收治的６例病人，并结合文献对其发病机制、病理、临床特征、放射学影象、ＭＲＩ影象及手术要点等加以讨论。认为本病的ＭＲＩ影象具有特征性，它有助于本病的术前诊断，使手术效果改善。
Spinal extradural cysts are relatively rare lesions. Six patients with spinal extradural eysts have been operated in the last 35 years. The pathogenesis, clinical features, radiological findings , magnetic resonance imagings (MRI) and surgical approach were discussed. MRI is the best diagnostic method, and make the preoperative diagnosis possible and improve the surgical results.
