摘要
目前在我国,普遍认为ERP(企业资源计划)的实施成功率很低,应用效果不理想,那么什么叫成功,如何评价,如何在评价中找到差距加快我国企业ERP的发展就显得尤为重要.本文针对PCB企业的特点,通过对ERP应用的评价进行分析,提出一套ERP应用的评价模型,并以某PCB企业的ERP应用评价为示例,说明模型的有效性.
Based on the theory of ERP system and the particularity of PCB enterprise, a assessment model of the application of ERP for PCB enterprise is presented in this paper. At last, it took the real PCB enterprise as a example to demonstrate the effectiveness of the model.
