摘要
对50kt/a甲醇精馏设计进行总结,合理利用旧设备,优化工艺,新旧系统互相利用,节约投资。浮阀塔改造成填料塔提高生产能力,残液回收减少环境污染。
This article summarizes the designing of 50 kt/a methanol rectifying tower. Making full use of old equipment, optimizing technics, saving investment, changing float tower into wad tower can improve the throughput and lessen the pollution.
